• Inc. Magazine did a cool piece including a few great tips on customer loyalty – or building your “campfire” as one of my marketing profs at the U of Minnesota used to say. One of the better tips is some great soup to nuts advice on customer loyalty programs. • I’m a huge fan of Advisory Boards for you small business. They give you a vehicle to connect with high end entrepreneurs/service providers, an outlet for marketing your business, and outside viewpoints you wouldn’t normally get so easily.
